After our call, I’ll send over your proposal, contract, and invoice. Once your contract is signed and your 35% retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved, and we’ll begin bringing the vision to life.

To reserve your date, a signed contract and 35% retainer are required. The remaining balance may be paid in installments leading up to your day, as long as the full invoice is paid one month before your session or wedding date.

For destination sessions, travel fees are due separately - three months before U.S. sessions and six months before international sessions.

Yes! Travel and destination elopements are at the heart of what I do.

I’m available for weddings and elopements just about anywhere, whether you’re dreaming of the mountains, the coast, an old European city, or somewhere entirely personal to you.

For locations outside of the Asheville, NC area, travel fees are typically around $1,200 within the continental U.S. International travel is custom quoted based on the destination and travel needs.

Travel fees are usually due six months before your date so airfare, lodging, and transportation can be arranged early. If I’m already planning to be in your location, my travel fee may be waived or discounted — you can check my travel dates to see where I’ll be next.
